Project Selangor Food Exchange is an innovative, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient hi-tech aquaculture and agriculture facility based on modular farm units.

Aquaculture:

A variety of aquatic tropical species will be cultivated to meet market demands.

The produce will be processed on-site into value-added products such as fillet, ready-to-eat meals, fish paste, fish meal and other products.

Products will be exported worldwide.

Agriculture:

Modular vertical farming technology

Each module and/or cluster can grow specific types of vegetables or plants with different nutrient requirements

Covers different stages of crop development: germination, seedling, vegetative

Integrated gravity-driven water circulation

Supports large variety of crop cultivation

These include state-of-the-art automated nutrient irrigation system for hydroponic units and automated Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) system for fish farming units.
