Emily Goh

Emily is an experienced private equity professional with numerous successful exits under her belt. Her extensive business advisory activities cover strategic alliances and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (“M&As”).

Over her 18-year career, Emily structured and launched numerous private equity funds in Asia as well as raised follow on capital for high-growth companies. She was most recently the Portfolio Director at Elite Partners Capital investing in European game-changing technology companies. Prior to that, Emily was the Principal and Head of Investor Relations at private equity firm Tembusu Partners, where she handled pan-Asian education and technology investments and oversaw the firm’s largest exit by value and returns.

A graduate of the University of Singapore, Emily is serving her second term on the Management Committee of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore.

TK has vast experience in manufacturing, aquaculture, processing, mining, banking, financing, property development, hotel/resort, trading, and F&B. TK was the Advisor to various Prime Ministers.

TK has vast experience in manufacturing, aquaculture, processing, mining, banking, financing, property development, hotel/resort, trading, and F&B. TK was the Advisor to Prime Minister Mahathir, Prime Minister Badawi, and several others.
He was a contractor cum property developer of Ban Hin Leong – Springleaf Home, Chairman of Raleigh Bhd previously. TK was a substantial shareholder in Singapore Land Limited and Seaview Hotel Limited in the 1980s.
Other businesses included PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, PT Softex Tbk, PT GT Petrochem Tbk, among many others.
He invests extensively in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, USA, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Shiying is a corporate finance professional with diverse experience in strategy, valuation, M&A, capital raising and financial modeling.
She has passion for sustainable and impactful investments with transformative potential, and combined with her strong business acumen, she has the aptitude to maintain good relationships with a vast network of founders, investors, partners, and stakeholders.
She graduated from University of Oxford (Trinity College) with a Master of Science in Financial Economics, and University College London with a First-Class Honours in Economics through a Singapore government scholarship.
