Djames took the path to concentrate in Aquaculture Township planning, development, and operation. His Aquaculture career later led him to co-develop the World’s largest integrated shrimp farm in Indonesia.
Djames Lim started his working life after graduating from the University of Miami, USA, and was in construction, aquaculture, and property development.
He then focused on aquaculture township planning, development, and operation. His aquaculture career later led him to co-develop the world’s largest integrated shrimp farm in Indonesia. He started farming in Puerto Rico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, etc.
He is currently serving as a Specialist to the Asian Development Bank to revamp Indonesia’s aquaculture industry. He also held many Advisory positions with heads of state/Ministry of Fishery in various countries or organisations.

Lars Brittsjo

Lars is best described as the ultimate entrepreneur. Best known for being responsible for bringing products and brands like Imedeen, Cellasene and Xndo to the market, his marketing technique and philosophies has proven very successful.
Lars established his own company – Bionax – to distribute and market cosmeceuticals, natural remedies and herbal medicines. He also started Reborne Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company that developed and marketed high-quality bio-technology products and healthy food such as Ready to Eat meals and Zero calories noodles and the worlds lowest GI rice.
Lars has four children and nine grand-children and has served on the Boards of several community and charity organisations including Youth for Christ, Vietnam Outreach and the Christian Outreach Centre and others.

He is a UK chartered chemist, Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining in UK. He also has 30 patents and 60 scientific papers published. Professor Zhao works in several MNCs, such as Johnson & Johnson as Head of Research & Development, and has joint patents during his tenure. He was also at NovaThera Ltd Cambridge UK as Programme Director, Cambond Ltd UK and Aquoprotein Ltd UK as CEO. Professor Zhao is now actively involved in creating sustainable production of protein and building materials. He is also an activist in climate change and sustainable food production.

Hans-Olof Stålgren is an experienced rural development advisor who has been working with the European Union Rural Development Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for over 20 years. They support rural businesses in agriculture, tourism, fisheries and aquaculture, with a strong focus on sustainable development in Europe.
Hans-Olof was also the Swedish representative for the Bioeconomy-Fishery Aquaculture sector in the Baltic Sea Region. Starting as a farm advisor in the 1980´s, he was later running his own business in farm supply, feed, seed and fertilisers. As a trained agronomist, he holds a Masters degree in crop production from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.

Boon Ann was appointed the Deputy Managing Director of the Corporate & Finance Department and the Co-head of the Capital Markets Practice in Drew & Napier LLC in 2009 before he retired to be a consultant with the firm in March 2018.
Boon Ann began private practice in 1987. He is prolific in handling corporate finance transactions, particularly in the area of initial public offerings in Singapore. He also acts as counsel to listed companies on secondary equity offerings and debt offerings and advises companies on regulatory compliance. Boon Ann was formerly a member of the Legal Panel on Convergence Issues Committee established by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

Marcel Verburgge

Marcel has over 30 years of experience in agriculture operations and management and has led and completed numerous agricultural projects globally. Notably, Marcel supplied resources and operated a 50,000 sqm aquaponic farm in Kuwait.
Marcel is the owner of Dahui Aquaculture and Aquavision consulting company in China. He is also a consultant for Ausfish Modern Aquaculture and Agriculture in China.
He has also operated a fully automated 15,000 sqm smart farming in China, Hefei. Further, Marcel set up the infrastructure and provided valuable materials for an aquaponics class in a university in Kazakhstan. Marcel is currently managing a 100,000 sqm greenhouse project with aquaponics in Kazakhstan. In addition, he also supplies materials to a smart aquaponic farm consisting of 41 indoor farms equipped with artificial intelligence technology.
